We are not responsible for:

    •    delays caused by carriers

    •    lost or stolen packages after delivery scan

    •    incorrect addresses provided at checkout

 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to hygiene and inventory control, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged.

 

If an item arrives damaged:

    •    you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    •    you must provide photo/video proof

 

We do not accept returns due to:

    •    sizing issues

    •    buyer’s remorse

    •    wear + tear after wearing item(s)
